I've been put on a "restriction diet" by my doc so, no gluten, sugar, eggs, or caffeine for me for a month. This should help in many ways. I've also started to run again. I can tell you this, if you are not doing cardio outside using your own body, your not getting the full benefits of it. However, if you have not done cardio for a while, especially outside only using your body, GO SLOW at first and work your way up. Remember to pay attention to your body.

I find that Cool Whip (2 tbls) does it for me. Whenever I crave something sweet, I pull out the container of Cool Whip and measure out 4 tbls in a glass and eat it like ice cream. Low in calories and does the job of fulfilling that sweet tooth for me. Good luck.
