It's interesting how quickly on vacation your carbs go up and how when you come home you have to fight to get the protein in, or at least that's what it is for me. That and the time change are working against me! Really hoping the weekend helps me recover before I head out of town for work.

It throws everthing off and it takes a week or two to adjust and start feeling right again, and the timing of coming back off of vacation. well your entire schedule is askew. I don't respond well to disruptions of my schedule and I'm sure most folks are the same, you need a time out!
