I started off with atkins, then found it extremely hard to follow. So i made up my own diet, which is mainly limiting the amount of carbs in lunch and dinner meals. I skip bread, rice, pastas or any starchy products. I also am not eating any desserts or processed food, soda or artificial juices. I don't follow this diet during weekend. I'm slowly losing fat which is okay for me, because all i want to lose is 5 kg. I'm losing fat with an amount of 0.5kg/week. So it will take me 2.5 months to get to my target weight without having to go for anything extreme.

That's the only diet that has ever worked for me...Keep carb intake to 35g or so for the day.You can eat a lot more it seems to me. I did notice your entry today has 106 carbs...That French Baguette killed you, didn't it?

Haha Yea it's a killer.I have breakfast at work so it has to be something that can be quickly prepared and that i can take with me to work. Do you have any suggestions? :)
