Does anyone else enjoy working out with resistance bands? Mine come with hand grips on each end, and I am obcessed with them.

I like them, my trainer has me use them a lot in my circuits

Silly things. I remember the first time I saw them in use. I made a comment to the person using them and she said 'try it'. I chuckled. Then she showed me how to use them to strengthen joints. They're awesome. They hit you in a different way than weights can and are of great benefit.

I took one to the eye once. Not a good look. And for weeks, people cautiously asked "are you ok? Everything ok?" I don't think they believed my story. Also: I still use them.

I think they are amazing and sooo underrated! I take mine to work and work out on my lunch break. I always feel so much better afterwards. Koreen, I snapped myself in the back once...I made a funny grunting sound like "UGHNN" then just laughed at myself. Good times!
