Found today's motivational quote via Pinterest, and I struggled with my workouts last night. I DID them, but midway through I was pretty sure my arms were going to fall off! Thank goodness there are modifications to most any exercise --other than completely turning off the DVD player and getting ice cream. LOL. The latter wouldn't happen...I'm too stubborn for that. My goal this spring is to reduce the "roundness" in my upper arms. I have a photo from last June that I just despise! That's my motivation -- June is fast approaching, and I intend to see results!
