MightyFull's Journal, 03 March 2016

Each day I have my workouts noted -- scheduled -- and normally prefer them in the morning. HOWEVER, there are mornings that we all have when we prefer to sleep in and awake when we don't have time to workout. Yes, technically I could have gotten in an exercise this morning, reducing what is planned (expected) for this evening, but I chose to prepare breakfast, wash some dishes, balance my books, and then prepare my husband's breakfast an hour later. That said, we'll have some fun this evening....it's on the calendar and will be done! Thus we may fall in the same issue in the morning...not wanting to get up! It happens. Goals are to be reached through readjustment when life happens. I love that each day is a new day to start with determination and each evening is going to bed satisfied of a job well done! Determined and Satisfaction

Just realized that if I click on your "Determined and Satisfaction" I see the motivational poster. I like this idea - because if you've done what you set out to do (provided it's reasonable) you should feel satisfied when you lay down to rest. If instead you are rehearsing your plans for the next day, you miss deriving any sense of accomplishment from meeting your goals or even, just doing your best.

@ trackin64, Funny thing -- couldn't figure out how to add a photo, so figured the link was the next best thing! Enjoy! :)

I also find that after a day of determination with satisfaction at the end of it, the next morning comes around with extra motivation. It's a good cycle to be in.
