This motivational reminder is really for me today. Yesterday was a tough day. The waiting. The anticipation of news. Then heartbreak. The suffering was emotional, as well as the eating. Completely off the chain. Today is a new day. There is a void, yet it will not be filled with random, mindless eating. Love out to my sister Kindra Smith and brother in law Ron Smith. They provided a loving home to the funniest bulldog ever (aside from Pig). Heffie, how we miss you already and your crazy stink eye <3Do It Now
