Made a SF Chocolate milk with unsweetened almond milk and Hershey's SF syrup with dinner. I don't think the sugar alcohols hurt me but it's not going to be an every day thing anyways, it was just something to try and it's quite tasty.

It sounds yummi and I looked over it - not bad at all. Not for every day though but if the craving for some sweets gets overwhelming, why not!

I figured since there was basically no carbs in the whole drink why not for a little treat and a different beverage than just water. Also not as sweet as the bars or shakes.
