Cardiff Friday: Ma Cherie,

Ordered a bathroom scale today and I will have it tomorrow. Can now stop bothering about the Gym scales and adopt a regular routine/system of weigh-in's. The recommendation is first thing in the morning, at around the same time of day too.
First thing in the morning will be a useful time as a mental reminder of "why we are here", and thus keep me mentally strong for the rest of the day.

PS: It is FRIDAY!!!

RDI set to 2700, which is more in line with work & play..
Early end to eating window today. This will give me time to have breakfast in the morning before hitting the gym for Heavy Lifting session.
