Adjusted one of the indegrents which was measuring way way too much kcal. numbers look more like how I feel. #real

Second day back on IF and feeling ok. Thought the mornings will be hard with missing breakfast again... but quite good considering. Coffee SOOO helps.

With LENT i will be able to continue IF thro the weekends too. Will need to time things carefully with the Saturday afternoon workout, may need to push this to a bit later, with a early fast eating window on the same day. This will of course be timed based on Friday finish time. #planning.
