Pleased to say that I lost another pound this week. - I had a funeral to go to on friday and I ate a mixture of sandwiches and had a few beers and really did not think I would lose anything. So I am really happy with the results. exercise88 by Lily Lloyd, on Flickr [/img]
158.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 February 2016:
1300 kcal Fat: 25.01g | Prot: 45.80g | Carb: 202.71g.   Breakfast: Flavahans Porridge Oats, No Name Honey, Tea with Skimmed Milk, Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Lunch: Ryvita Dark Rye Crackers, Tea with Skimmed Milk. Dinner: Boiled Potato, Spinach, Cooked Carrots, Mushrooms, Fish with Cream or White Sauce, Green Peas (Drained Solids, Canned). Snacks/Other: Beer, Pink Lady Apples, Rowntree's Fruit Gums, Tea with Skimmed Milk, Trader Joe's Raw Pumpkin Seeds. more...

Well Done flower hope I can post some good news on my weigh in day next week.....went off the short and narrow yesterday had friends round.....just a small hiccup..... but back again today

Thanks again for all your positive comments. It is good to get feedback on our posts.. Maggy, another 5 days before your weigh in and despite your little 'hiccups' I am sure that you will have a BIG smile on your face on the 19th. This site has really helped me stick with it.
