Shotzie and I both had our walks this morning, total 45min. for both. Blew it for breakfast yesterday & today, my husband's fault ! LOL
Another foundation technician came this morning to measure, look & give us estimate for foundation repair work. Fairly impressed with his work and company reputation. Have one more company coming on Friday to also give estimate, then we need to decide $$$$$$$$$$$$ Isn't home ownership just wonderfull !
Going to try a new pancake mix I finally found today after driving & shopping all over Lawrence. Can't seem to find many sugar-free products. Only 11 net carbs per 2 pancakes, hope it's a hit !

Buffy - yea he's educated, does watch his carbs (mostly) and he's the one who has lost the most weight ! Go figure, not fair at all !
The new pancake mix was great. For 4 pancakes(4" size) was 22 net carbs, and very tasty. Very easy to fix, use water, not milk and 1 egg, plus either 1T oil or butter.
Going to take as many products that I've found here in Kansas to Arizona with me, until I can find low carb or sugar free products at a store in Tucson !!!
