newnormal's Journal, 11 February 2016

Considering everything, I'm ok with stable. Had soup last night and went to sleep at 9. As predicted, today is somewhat better. The cold isn't helping. I don't want to get outside (I have 38 degrees right now...)and my body hurts from being tense/cold and the stress of this week.

It's a new day and I am enough. I have the skills to do what I need to do. I don't need to know exactly how it will work out, only that it will. Opportunities to grow are to be embraced, not run from.

And it's Friday Eve.
