FIRST WEEK OF NEW PLAN
Monday's weigh-in results: down 2 pounds. This may not sound spectacular but I've been in a stall - so for me, 2 lbs in one week is fantastic.
But still so much work to do - hate the dreaded Muffin Top along with its faithful companion, Back Fat. They have got to go.

HAHA, LOL, we all have or have had both of those nasty critters jumping & rolling around under our clothes! Which comes first Muffin Top or the Faithfull Companion Back Fat?
