Seems pretty stable. Yesterday was 3k cals. Today should be 2700. Thursday, maybe 2500 as it's a 'no lift' day. Not really trying to cycle. Just trying to hit 2700 average for maybe 2 weeks to see if this is maintenance. It may actually be a little light. We'll see.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I guess it's not just the calories consumed that determines maintenance, the calories burned count as well, and that must vary a little week to week. I'm still aiming for a good deficit. You're aiming for parity.

Yes it'seems definitely different. It'seems weird shooting for no change.
