DRAT you Fatsecret! I was going back and forth in my head with the "voices" about going to the gym this morning. I had finally settled on "nah, not today, I've gone every day this week and one day off isn't going to kill you...". I get on here and start reading thru and all the inspiring posts and....I've got to go, I can't NOT go, I'll be thinking about how I didn't go all day. I won't have that great energized feeling if I don't go. Bah humbug, I'm going.... I'M DOING IT!

At the end of the day you will be glad you did workout. I use fitnessblender.com and work out at home so I don't have to go out to a gym.
