So I've done Cize four times now, and after 2 of them I became lightheaded. Both were days that I had less than ideal calories. I do not monitor every meal, but I have been cutting back on beans and meat as a means of portion control. Yesterday I logged everything I ate, and at no time was I hungry, and I made barely 1000. In fact it would have been less, but I ate a second 5 oz pork chop after becoming lightheaded after dancing. Obviously, this is a problem. I don't know what sort of weightloss I can expect from slashing my calories so. Now I am putting portion control on the back burner, because most of my food is not highly caloric (especially beans and veg). I'll have to muscle through not being hungry, because if I'm not being healthy, what is the point? I've made a new goal of wanting to be fit enough for Insanity, and if I go on like this on just Cize, I will surely pass out on Insanity. Any tips from the LCHF folks on ingesting more calories for workouts? Cize is a mid to high intensity dance program, fyi. Thanks, y'all!
