How cool to both have goals that you can support each other towards! Good luck!

Take this time til Monday and research and plan your meals for next week. Rid your house of food you don't want around. Go to the store and get what you DO want available. I know for me, planning is key for success! Good Luck to you BOTH!

Just take your time, and don't expect too much too soon.

To the "nonsmoker" to help you thru it cut a soda straw in half When you get the urge to smoke, smoke the straw just like a cigerette. Inhale, the whole process like a cigerette. I quit smoking 25 years ago with my straw. Got alot of weird looks but it worked. Smoking is just a habit. The straw give you something to do with your hands. Besure to take a big drag off your straw. Just something that might help. Good luck!

You two are a great team if you're attacking problems together before marriage, rather than discovering after marriage that problems have you at loggerheads and drive you apart. Good luck to you both!!!!

I smoked 2 packs of cigs for 32 years...the hardest thing to do was to quit. I stop smoking many times only to start again...so frustrated i ask for supreme help. Ask and you shall receive....25 years now not even one puff...the best part no with draw symptoms. I are so thankful. I was under such bondage, now free at last. good luck.
