Went to gym for 1 1/2 hour workout 3 times, walked 2 miles twice. Ate 3 Vegtables per day 4 days during last week. I generally feeling very good physically. I have healed from a bad cold. I'm still drinking 8 cups of water per day. My wife and I are leaving next Sunday for Plya Del Carmen, Mexico, on the Carabean coast. Will soak up water and sun and warmth. Will relax and enjoy each experience as it comes along. This will be an awsome trip for us.
