One thing that I tell everyone, is if I can do it so can you. I took me so long to finally figure out that the best way to lose weight is to eat right and exercise. In the past I had tried so many things. Pills, shakes, crash diets but nothing ever worked. I suppose I shouldn't say that I finally figured it out. I knew all along what it was going to take, but I wanted a quick way to lose the weight. There is no quick fix, I had to make drastic changes and stick with them. But it can be done, don't give up, you have what it takes to make healthy choices. And yes it's going to be hard, but it's also totally worth it!

You are AWESOME as is your attitude! I was just talking to my husband yesterday about this very thing. It's been a year for me also and what stands out to me is a year would have passed anyway-fat, thin, or in between. Why NOT make the best choices for our health as possible! Time's gonna pass anyway! My "quick fix" has taken a year and continues now. BUT I'll still keep an eye out for that "magic wand" to wave over me, I'm only human, lol!

That's how it worked for me too Letty, real and lasting weight loss came when I stopped trying to do the quick fix and always planning for tomorrow. Tomorrow starts today! Rckc what you're saying is exactly my thinking too...next month, next year will come like it or not. Do I want to be healthier or not when it gets here?

If it's not for the long haul it's not worth doing. I've been consistent in telling people that whatever path they choose to weight loss the most important thing is staying on that path there's no diet in the world that will work if you don't follow it.

I agree with you 100 percent. no easy fix out there ..why pay for a diet product when you have all the tools you need already?
