I am very disappointed with my weight. I went five days without sweets and went to bed hungry, but the weight is up. My old scale gave up the ghost and this is a new scale. What happened?
167.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's 2 pounds...could just be... well... you could just need the washroom. don't be sad just keep making good choices. and perhaps a little veggie plate before you go to bed so you aren't so hungry. try not to be discouraged.

yup don't go to bed hungry, eat a salad. When you do not eat for long hours your metabolism may slow down, so skipping meals can work against the progress. just 2lbs? meh you can drop that in no time.

It could be the new scale - that happened to me when I switched. Don't let it get you down!

Probably the new scale. My new one was 5 lbs heavier than my old one!
