Goal Weight

I lost 30 pounds and kept it off ever since 2011, thinking about dropping to 120lbs (I'm short so I might not look like the Crypt keeper lol). I do a lot of walking (I do not own a car). I used to run 5k races but since the big ChikV outbreak my joints haven't been the same so exercising is too painful (yup that virus makes the young very old and the old very ancient lol). I do salsa dancing and go to soca parties whenever I'm free from my mommy duties. My job is both desk work and can get a bit physical so I am not worried about my fitness.
I am thinking about running 5k races again...hmmm....

Calories remaining
If you had already entered your weight, it would have calculated your recommended daily intake. Go to "Calendar" (on the right side of the screen), enter your physical activities for the day and it will give the difference between your caloric intake and caloric output. Note that every time you enter the calories you eat it tells the percentage that you have done for your weight (scroll down to the bottom of the page below dinner and snack meal entries).
I hope this was clear enough and helped.

Food Intake vs Calorie Counting please help im stuck lol
Ok...how about trying to wean yourself off the fried, salty, fatty stuff by reducing the number of times you consume these things per day/week, until you can completely eliminate them from your daily diet.

The flesh was weak! lol but I kept moving and stayed active. The plateau is much better than a gain.
