Having sandwiches really jack up your carbs don't they? Wow! I am pretty exhausted and the fight to eat carbs to keep going is real. Here's hoping for an early bed time tonight!

Yup - I am using Julian Bakery's Paleo Wraps - low carb and I like the taste as it blends in with whatever you are wrapping. They are made from coconut.
