1. Wake 4am, Vitamins, Breakfast-1 English Muffin, 2 bacon, 2 eggs, water, Coffee.
2. Gym 6am-7am
3. Snack-2 bottles water, 1 Tangerine
4. Lunch- Undetermined
5. Snack- 2 bottles water, 20 mixed nuts.
6. Dinner- Steak, Brocolli, salad, and stuffing.
7. Snack- 2 bottles water, 1 Tangerine.
8. Bedtime- Knockout, wake up, and repeat.
