1. Wake 4am, walk the dog, vitamins, Breakfast- 2 bacon, 2 eggs, 1 Toast with margarine, 2 bottles water, 2 cups coffee no sugar. 2. Gym 10am-11am 3. Snack- 1 Tangerine, mixed nuts (15), 1 bottle water, 2 cups coffee no sugar. 4. Lunch- Beer battered Fish, 15 mixed nuts, 1 tangerine, 2 bottles water, 2 cups of coffee. 5. Snack-1 apple, 15 mixed nuts. 6. Dinner- 1/2 Pastrami Sandwich and Onion Rings at Jonnies in Culver City. 7. Snack- 1 apple, 2 bottles water, vitamins. 8. Bedtime- Sleep and repeat.
