I feel AMAZING!!!!! Just looking at the transformation in my body over the last month gives me even more motivation to keep going. I am not following any specific diet...I have made a lifestyle change to eat healthier and therefore am not over eating so I am staying under my calorie intake every day. I no longer record my calories on a daily basis since I eat the same snacks and make meals that are under 500 calories I am aware of what is going in my body. I have started, and am on week 3 of Couch 2 5K. I used to run miles but really hated it. I thought if I started all over as a beginner it might bring back some appeal. It has definately helped as I ditched the treadmill and am now running outside. HUGE difference...both in my workout and my transformation.
