Due to Erics birthday I wasn't able to prepare my meals since we ate out 2 times. I made healthy choices and watched my portions. Lots of empty alcohol calories and lack of exercise didn't help. I was up to 181.4 so I was able to get half of wat I put on off by just eating right and exercising. I am ready to tackle tis week both eating wise abd exercising...trying to add 2 a days back into my running.
