Oh dear. Went to the Cheesecake factory last night and I am trying to figure out how to log it!
I emailed them so we shall see.
Also I found my first food label with Trans fat. Ia m disappointed. It's Wegman's popcorn and what I thought was a fairly healthy snack...
Oh about 5600 steps yesterday so inching up. Goal is 6500 today.
And Old Man Scale is still being cheerful. Even with too little water yesterday, a Cranberry Mojito and a spicy ahi tempura roll (and I ate all of those neat crispy fried rice doodle thingies)

Hi Simavision...I hope that maybe this will help you....if you go to "Enter Food" then select "brand" at the bottom of the page, then select "food/restaurant" at the top of the page...then go to "C" ...you will find the Cheesecake Restaurant. I stumbled on to it... Good Luck!

I don't see "brand" anywhere but my particular items are definitely not coming up in the search. The weight management salads were there but I was not THAT good :P It's okay I emailed the cheese cake factory and I will see what they respond with.

I use this to look up alot a restaurants I go to...if I can't find it here I use www.CalorieKing.com You can find most of the restaurants there if you can't find them on here. Although you are right...the Cheesecake factory could probably send you their entire menu broken down if they will...Good Luck...Fence On! Galliant Warrior! :-)

I do see that, thank you! Great new way to search. Many of their dishes are listed but not what I had. No one has entered mine. It's cool, I just need the Cheesecake Factory to get me the info because THEIR website does not have it either. I am an old hat at entering my own foods, I just need the info so I CAN.

i agree with dlandrews...when you think your eating better, surprise...you read the labels or google it..an find out just how healthy the foods your puttin in your mouth really are...im sure you will do better as time goes along...one messup isnt gonna be the downfall....an besides...ive noticed that your blue dot is headed down...so you must be doing it right...way to go....
