tough day for me. The only planned meal was breakfast. I still stayed in my RDI range, but had more carbs than usual. The good part of the day was I did journal here, so I can see what eating on the fly does. It shows me I do better when I plan out my meals and then spend time cooking it. Tomorrow will be better.
