Still very frigid temps here, so I won't be venturing out in it. I had wanted to head to the Y to get my membership going, but have concerns of those frigid winds getting into my lungs. Even with my mouth covered, I get a little wheezy, like yesterday when I took a quick run to the store. Don't want to bring on an asthma attack, so best I stay put until tomorrow.
On a positive note, I weighed and down another pound. My recording date is Thursday, so I won't make it official today.
I want to kick brand named salad dressings out of my meal plan and since today is kind of a indoor play day, I thought I might try to experiment with Greek yogurt and ?.
