Basically felt hungry all day but my willpower held out 👍.
2788 calories burned - 1273 calories ate = 1515 calorie deficit. I did better with this app today. I learned to account for all my exercise (ie normal daily activities while awake) to account for "exercise" as activities that burn calories rather than just recording time that legitimately spent actively at the gym working out, I hope this reflects a more accurate calorie count versus burn, I came to the conclusion that this is my last "diet" I'm not going thru this anymore. I'm done. This is a lifestyle change. My first mini- goal is 8 lb. but essentially my ultimate goal is to lose 43 lb. total which is well within healthy BMI for my height & age. I will achieve the goal this time and maintain it. After I achieve the first 8 lb. next mini goal will be 10 lb. 😋😋😋

Thanks Elizabeth! Also question for anybody who knows... This FS is kinda jinkie .... Can't scan barcodes from the "Safari/website/iPad" page... But can't log new weights when using the actual app??? What am I doing wrong? I had used this app 2 years ago and it's the same problem - I would think over the course of 2 years they would've upgraded this stuff and worked out the bugs > I was super frustrated with it yesterday trying to get started again!

Wish I could help, I rarely us FS on my phone and on a PC it is different. Hope someone has answers for you.

I don't use the mobile app on my phone, I always use "full site" since I know how to use it.... I am NOT tech savvy, lol
