Sep 1 I was @ 190lbs. I started getting sick. I found out I had developed several food allergies. I also decided to quit smoking. Everything that was going on put my body out of wack. Now I back to where I was 2yrs ago. Literally starting over, what a bummer. Oh well here we go again.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

i have probably lost and gained the same 30 pounds over and over the last 30 years!!! Keep trying! we are here for you!
