Sep 1 I was @ 190lbs. I started getting sick. I found out I had developed several food allergies. I also decided to quit smoking. Everything that was going on put my body out of wack. Now I back to where I was 2yrs ago. Literally starting over, what a bummer. Oh well here we go again.
