Awwwww, I am back into the red. Sigh.

It's ok, I can get that I'm into the amber rush all over again :D

It's OK - sometimes it happens. Just wait a while before you weigh again and be extra disciplined until the next weigh in and I'm sute you'll find yourself back on track x

PS Not sure if this is relevant or not but I often find myself holding onto weight for 10-14 days every month around that "special time" - it starts a few days before and goes away again a few days afterwards. If this is the case for you, your gain is completely normal and will go away again. Stay disciplined and when it goes away, you'll see a loss in weight on top x
