Weight gain: I'm unsure if it is caused by a Dercum's flare, water weight, or muscle gain.
I am trying to get the protein level my trainer wants (180g/day), but I am finding it very hard to get it and stay within caloric restrictions (1750/day). I'm so tired of chicken and eggs. Peeps, I would be most grateful if you could throw me some high-protein, high-flavor recipes.
197.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
