Weight gain: I'm unsure if it is caused by a Dercum's flare, water weight, or muscle gain.
I am trying to get the protein level my trainer wants (180g/day), but I am finding it very hard to get it and stay within caloric restrictions (1750/day). I'm so tired of chicken and eggs. Peeps, I would be most grateful if you could throw me some high-protein, high-flavor recipes.

Hopefully, this will be the beginning of an excellent new downward slide. I got to workout with my new gym bro, and he was happy to feel the intensity of the workout. We got in nearly 2 1/2 hours with 2 hours on upper body and 1/2 on lower.

Up-down. At least I am getting good workouts, and my muscle definition continues to improve. Had my Quarterly checkup. The Doctor is happy with my progress, but we did confirm I am shorter, down to 5'7"
I made some gym friends last night; I hope to work out with them regularly. We'll see what the nature of the universe decides.

195.2 - Still heading in the right direction. I got a good 2 1/2 hour workout for my upper body today. My body loves having my muscles used, and I sleep better on workout days. Burritos are my bane, and I succumbed to Girl Scout cookies this evening. I will consume them over the next week but will try to eat a sensible amount each day and focus on more protein during meals to offset this.
