I was reading an article the other day with tips on weight loss and one of the items was "Make a recipe". Their point was that just the fact that you are preparing meals at home is much healthier than eating out--one consumes 20% fewer calories was their statistic (if I remember it right). I'll bet you could do even better if you concentrate on those healthy recipes. :)

I'm new to the community And I was trying to send you a message of encouragement But it wouldn't let me I had to acknowledge you as a buddy.I just wanted to say that I like planning my meals to.I plan to start going to the gym On Monday. I have started using mindful eating To help me lose this weight I'll keep you posted.
