The daily fluxuations are normal. Don't let them bother you as long as you know you stayed with your WOE.

Just record once a week. My weight fluctuates quite a bit, but the trend is fairly consistent.

I know everyone says to weigh once a week. But Dr Atkins, in his original book, said to weigh every day. so if you gain you can cut back that day on your carbs. reguardless, I have always weighed myself every morning. potty empty the bladder, then hit the scale naked.

I weigh everyday so I know how to make necessary adjustments before things get too far out of hand.

I weigh frequently too, but don't take small fluctuations seriously. Women especially fluctuate with water retention. I've found that the best time to take it seriously is a day or two after TOM.

I weigh every other day at the same time on the same scale because of water weight gain and fluctuation.

I weigh every day, but only record once a week. The daily fluctuations can be frustrating, but I am obsessed with keeping my finger on the pulse as it were.
