Woke at 213.6 and got 213.4 after work. Did another 60 minutes of walking on my patched together treadmill with the same result. I walked without holding on and kept wanting to head towards 180 beats per minute or more. I dropped from 4 mph to 3 mph every time I hit 175 bpm. I did add a 5.5 mph HIIT sprint every five minutes. Very interesting result. Ate 1006 calories today in final preparation for Thanksgiving! Four straight days at 1000-1200 calories and I feel great with no loss of energy or extreme hunger. That’s sort of weird and scary. I’m also losing weight for the first time in a while. Got a 210.6 weigh in after my workout. Will do a carb refeed day tomorrow with plenty of turkey, too. Then about 6000 calories left for Friday through Monday to end the month.
