Doing a lot of reflecting. In any case going to the gym again. I might as well dedicate time to my body instead of to others who don't appreciate my presence. I'm thinking 2hrs or so....cardio and weights here I come.

ABSolutley! [see what I did there? ;)] You look trimmer/toner -- all that exercise (weight training/cardio) is doing what it's supposed to!

Workout should never be for more than 1-1.5 hour. And try not to mix cardio and strength training :)

@maddy...a couple of weeks ago there was this article about a chiropractor who lost more than half his weight and was in the gym for 3/4 hours every day....is there a reason why more than. 1.5 hrs is. Not good? I'm new to this whole working out thing and I wanna know as much as possible. Thanks.

Ettenaj, I am reading more and more about get max workouts in less than 45 min a session too! I like their concept

It's not about the time spent in the gym, even though it's a cool place to hide out. It's about intensity and working towards your goal. Focus your frustrations into intensity and consistently work towards your goal... BTW: It's also easier said than done but you are worth it...
