Good Morning FS peeps...I am super sore today. Could hardly sleep because I was stiff everywhere. I think I need to do some yoga today. No gym since they close early today.

Greetins, I have a suggestion. Take magnesium tablets before bedtime. Maybe two. It helps your muscles settle and improves sleep.

Yoga is always a nice idea when you're feeling sore, so enjoy it! For that muscular pain, casein powder can work as well, it helps your muscle repair after all that hard work, helps you burn fat in your sleep and (since you metabolize it slowly than other protein powders) it gives you a nice energy boost for waking up in the morning. All advantages! Keep going with that good work, anyway!
