Day 11 -
Breakfast started off well, but then it took a southernly turn. I was hungry and looking for something that I needed and wasn't finding it. So I ate what I could find until I was stuffed to the gills. And now lunch and dinner will be far less exciting than they could have been had I not lost my mind this morning.

Water -- got about 80 fl oz in yesterday. Shooting for better today.
Nearly done with the 50.7 fl oz.

Exercise -- didn't happen yesterday aside from walking the dog. Was just exhausted, and found my way to the bed early and slept nearly 9 hours straight and still could have slept. Still having crazy dreams. Not sure what all that is involved in....just seems that I'm always starting one thing and getting taken off to another project just as quickly. Probably a reflection of my real life.

Today will be a better day.
