Day 10 - (2nd run through 21 day fix)
Time to get serious again - last few days I have slipped. No plan = added pounds. Back up again today. Though I did get in 2 miles of running on elliptical yesterday and walked dog twidce -- didn't write it down, so you only have my word on it.

Haven't been drinking my water again -- and guess what? Now I get to drink more!!
Haven't been sleeping well -- crazy dreams. We got a new mattress (another memory foam - though this one is firm) and I honestly didn't think I was going to get back up and continue working in the house. It is amazing. Even seemed to cut down on hubby's snoring some. Woke up at 5am - knowing hubby needed to be out of the house by 7:30am. Balanced checkbook, tried to finish up Xmas shopping. Wrapped most of the presents last night. Washed dishes last night, changed bedcover, and put up some clothes. Still need to finish painting the kitchen, particularly with company coming next week.

Haven't been in a good place this week --- not sure what's going on, just on edge a bit. It did effect my eating -- what I ate and how much of it -- and now it's time to tame the beast again. My weight may have gone up this week, but it's going down next week (or sooner if I get brave enough to weigh in).

Good! Your weight goes up and down a lot, but the overall trend is down, because whatever happens, you keep on trying. Well done!
