I'm seeing a pattern the weekend of fun parties with drinking and eating are hindering permanent weight loss. I need to think about which is more important to me. For now, I'll try to balance out my fun.
Idea: Instead of taking that next margarita, beer or wine, I'll drink a glass of water.
I just want my cake and eat it too. LOL
