Okay, I checked the app today and I haven't weighed-in in 993 days! No surprise I am up again, way beyond where I started 3 years ago, and I had lost over 30 lbs and was single digits from my goal weight! Tracking my eating was key for me, exercise was a bonus. I am publicly recommitting myself to the goal starting today. That is, using the app to track my food intake daily, weigh-in at least once-weekly, and exercise as often as possible. Here I go!
