Exactly! I told the trainer today, telling me that it's ok to have a LITTLE sugar is like telling a crack head they can have just one rock. It's just not going to happen! : lol :

I love those things, and pecan pie, with a cup of coffee and a glass of milk. I embrace the love/hate relationship I have with sugar and it makes me happy to bake things for people I care about. Watching them enjoy the food I can't have is enough for me.

I read on Facebook that someone had just done a line... of Oreo cookies! They had eaten an entire row out of a package. Tragic and funny all at the same time.
