Day one of my fresh start is in the books, came in right on target with calories and macros. Now just rinse and repeat today, sounds simple enough. When my kids were growing up the catch phrase against drug use was "Just Say No". I've been thinking about that, if I can expect kids to say no to drugs, I can just say no to my "drug" of choice which is candy, chips, cake, sugar, refined carbs, etc. That's what worked when I first started this many pounds ago, it'll work now too. It's all about making the right food choices.
