I think I'll go get back into the gym today. I've been putting it off because I live in the country with lovely scenery that would be perfect for walking, and have a barn filled with hundreds of dollars in weights. The problem is that it's not the safest neighborhood in the world to be walking alone in & the barn is filled with so much other junk that it's impossible to work out in there. There is also the excuses to be made about the weather...lol.
I know my strength training will have suffered during my long absence of almost a year, but I have to start back somewhere. I will eventually exceed those 180lb deadlifts that I had reached. ;)
