still going down but much slower rate now. Getting more exercise which is a lot for me, walking a minimum of 2.5 miles a day and with arthritis in my knee that can be a challenge! If I did not sit at a desk for right now an average of 9 1/2 hours a day and sitting in a car and driving for another hour, This too shall pass. 31 more days to retirement!!! 34 days to the move to Oregon!
225.6 lb Lost so far: 63.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
