Again not to concerned about my weight at the moment because at 5'10 and 188 lbs I still feel "skinny". My bf% is 19% which I think is high. I think that when I get that down to say 10-12% my appearance won't be so thin.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
