I followed my plan this week of getting enough exercise to have a net -500 calories each day. No weight loss. I'm trying to keep positive. My body can only take so much exercise. Maybe I should try one of those cleanse diets to get kick started again.

True that JP, low intensity exercise has very little effect on long term weight loss. Look in the mirror, remembering that muscle weighs more than fat the scale number doesn't mean much. If you like what you see it is worth all the effort.
